These foam letters and logos are available in two densities of material.  We provide both High Density Urethane which can be installed safely outdoors and standard 2-lb. Density foam which is best used indoors, often without painting.  The major difference is resistance to ultra-violet rays.

HD Urethane material does not break-down once exposed to UV (if the paint film does not hold up) and will therefore last longer as a finished product. This High Density foam will also cost more.

Our 2 lb. density foam product is the most commonly used for foam letters and will provide several years of great looking signage.  This lower density foam product is not able to be used outdoors unless painted, and will break-down when the un-painted foam is exposed to UV rays.
