Q: Do you use that old "bead" type foam?
A: Absolutely not! Your foam letters are produced using only high quality foam. Our foam letters are never fabricated from the beady textured foam used by some other companies. Foam letters from SPC Marketing are cut using computerized routing systems, which yield smooth sides and faces
Q: Do you paint my foam letters or do I have to paint them?
A: Your choice. We recommend that you allow us to paint the foam letters, however, you can paint your foam with latex or enamel paints as long as Zylol is not used as a thinner.
One more thing, never use lacquer paints on our foam letters... or you'll be buying more letters :)
Q: What is Ultraboard?
A: Ultraboard is a foam product composed of two pieces of styrene laminated to either side of a piece of high-density foam. We prefer Ultraboard because it is easy to apply an excellent paint finish. This product is recommended for interior signage, when the cleanest finish possible is desired.
Q: What is your production time?
A: This depends somewhat upon your project specs and the workload in the plant at the time your order enters the production queue. Typically 8 to 15 working days. Your shipping time will depend upon other factors.
Q: Can you match my paint color?
A: Probably. We can match most any color presented as a PMS color number. However, many of the very dark colors are sometimes problematic.
Q: What is your guarantee on foam letters?
A: When you get them, and they have been produced correctly... they are yours. We do not guarantee foam products.
